Age UK reports that 25% of people aged 65 and over in the UK don’t use the internet. Older people who are without digital skills risk losing access to key services such as banking, shopping and health services, as well as communications platforms that keep people connected.
The internet is an integral part of modern life, and the ability to use it safely and effectively is an important aspect of social participation. Access to Internet refers to access to the digital world, connecting through the social media platforms, be it for general interaction, shopping, banking, ordering prescriptions…… the list is countless.
Our Senior Citizens are to be constantly supported in helping them to use their smart-phones and email accessories and this we do by organizing regular awareness and coaching sessions, also with one-to-one help when and where needed.

Number of sessions have been conducted and personal help is available when and where needed, when the Mitras make a request by contacting MitraSeva
We welcome volunteers who can help in educating our Community in spreading Digital Awareness. Please register as our Volunteer.
